• Inspection of the property  3 times a week, including clearing out the property, checking the taps, wc’s, lights, and in general detection of maintenance needs.
• Hiring and supervision of necessary & REAL maintenance. No more unnecessary bills.
• Payment of the utilities, such as electricity, phone, sky, LP gas, etc.
• Payment of the annual land taxes.
• Buy the cleaners, laundry and home care products
• Hiring and supervision of cleaning personnel, who will clean once, twice, three times a week or as many times you need.
• Hiring and supervision of the gardener, or the pool guy, pest control, etc.
• Supervision special maintenance and renovation projects
