Villa Azucena is a spacious 3 bedroom, four and a half bath villa with not only a private pool, but also a fantastic view of one of the prettiest lakes on the 18 Hole Von Hagge Championship Golf Course. One of the exclusive Villas del Mayab homes located in the Playacar Phase II community of Playa del Carmen, it is just a three minute walk from the white, sandy beaches and turquoise waters of the Caribbean, as well as bustling downtown Playa del Carmen where you�ll find the most popular restaurants, bars and shopping around.

On the first floor is a large bedroom with King size bed and private bath, a fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen with separate dining and living area. There is also a smaller bedroom with bunk beds just perfect for the kids. From almost the entire first floor, you have an excellent view of the lakeside pool and golf course.

On the second floor you find the spacious Master bedroom with King size bed, as well as another guest bedroom with twin beds which can be joined to make an additional King bed. Both bedrooms have private baths and large walk in closets. Villa Azucena is everything you could hope for and more! You also have access to the Villas del Mayab tennis court and the large swimming pool through a shared garden area. Next door to the villa, is the Playacar Aviary where you can walk among numerous exotic birds.

With the VIP Guest card, you have access to beach towels and lounge chairs or you may opt for the half-day or full day all-inclusive package for a discounted fee.
