Casa Chaac is is one of the most exclusive houses, mexican style, continuosly renovated, located in Playacar Phase 1, the best private gated development of the Riviera Maya, 10 minutes walking from the famous 5th avenue of Playa del Carmen and across the beach with a gourgeous view.
It has one of the biggest yards in the development. It sits on 4 lots. Casa Chaac is perfect for gatherings of family and friends. It has a big pool with ocean view.
It has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths in two stories. The master bedroom has a king size bed; there are 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and 1 loft bedroom with 4 sets of twins. Each bedroom has a private bath, air-condition units and ceiling fans. The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped including a full size washer and dryer; the study has a DSL line and a phone line(restricted to local calls, but you can use it with your credit card for long distance calls).
The dining room table seats 8 adults, the living area is furnished with Sunbrella covered sofa, loveseat and large chair and a Satellite TV. A full view of the ocean is seen from the kitchen, living and dining area through large sliding doors.
